Coconut flour is gluten-free, high in fiber, low in carbohydrates, tasty and easy to work. Therefore, it is ideal for a balanced and healthy diet. The coconut fibers can in this case 1:1 as flour are used. Coconut flour is used inter alia in yoghurt, cereals, smoothies and ice. Coconut flour is rich in protein and fiber. This product is for diabetics, suitable for diet and problems with allergies.
