The sweetener Sucralose, which is about 600 times as sweet as sugar, is very suitable for cooking and baking. Sucralose is made from sugar and tastes very similar to commercial sugar. In addition, it is ideal for diets because it has no calories. Because it does not affect the level of insulin, it does not affect our feeling of hunger and does not lead us into temptations or hot-throats.
Application: Since Sucralose is approximately 600 times sweeter than sugar, only very small amounts are needed. For a 330 ml can of a light refreshment beverage, only 0.07 g of sucralose is required, compared to the full-calorie version, which normally contains about 40 g of sugar.
