Backprofis refer to it as wheat gluten or wheat gluten. Wheat grains are cereals and are obtained from wheat. The natural assistant without additives ensures a better volume and looser crumbs in bread and rolls. It is particularly recommended for all whole grain baked goods, home-made baked goods and recipes for bread baking machines.

Dosage: 10 to 30 g per kg of flour

Storage: Thanks to our packaging everywhere at room temperature, clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.

Packing: Reclosable aluminum bag welded on first opening.
