Soy lecithin granules

Soy Lecithin is known to enhance mental and physical vitality for a long time and is therefore considered a “brain food”. Lecithin emulsifier allows as that oil and water do not separate in a food.  Lecithin is produced almost exclusively from soybean, sunflower or rapeseed oil and is generally approved for food. Especially often find lecithin in margarine, mayonnaise, cakes, biscuits, puff pastries, instant powder for milk and cocoa drinks, chocolate and baby food.

Storage: Our package anywhere at room temperature, store clean and dry, away from direct sunlight.
