Moringa, also known as horseradish tree, provides about 2,000 mg of calcium per 100 grams. In addition, the leaf powder contains vitamin A, C, calcium, iron and zinc. Already 10 grams are already enough to meet the daily requirement of vitamin A.
Consumption recommendation: 10 g of Moringa powder daily in liquid or food.
