Erythritol Bronze

The sweetening power of erythritol bronze corresponds to about 70% of the sweetness of sugar cane. erythritol bronze is the perfect sugar substitute with zero calories. There is little difference is visually. The flavor is mildly sweet and the cane sugar that is almost identical.

Areas of application: Is very good in hot beverages (tea or coffee, for example) or for cocktails, when baking with xylitol or sugar mix. Also well suited to the “candieren” and “caramelize” in the pan. Can have laxative excessive consumption.
