Sunflower lecithin powder

Sunflower lecithin powder contains the total complex of sunflower seeds in high concentration. It is to be used as well as soy lecithin and is guaranteed GMO-free. Sunflower lecithin is ideal for the production of chocolate, desserts or dips. This product is tasteless, fine-grained and easily soluble.
